i NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO I WAS STALKING THIS CONVOY AND I TOOK OUT ABOUT TEN SHIPS, THEN WENT AWAY AND LOADED SOME MORE EXTERNAL TORPS, THEN CHASED THE CONVOY AND SANK A FIJI CLASS CRUSIER AND TWO LARGE CARGOES. THEN AN ESCORT CORVETTER DOES ONE LINE OF DCs AND I GET #@$%ED, MY RADIO ROOM IS DESTROYED, ONE KILLED ONE WOUNDED, THE COMMAND ROOM IS RED, DIESEL ENGINE ROOM YELLOW AND THE FORWARD BUNK ROOM IS YELLOW WITH HEAVEY FLOODING, ALMOST FULL. SO I REPAIR ALL THAT NEEDS REPAIRING AND THE FORWARD BUNK ROOM IS STILL ALMOST FLOODED AND STILL YELLOW, BUT IT SAYS EVERYTHING IS NORMAL AND THERE IS NO COUNTER FOR WHEN THE FLOODING IS GONE. I CHEATED THIS ONE TIME, SAID UNLIMITED COMPRESSED AIR, AND IM USING IT LIKE CRAZY CAUSE THE BOAT IS CONSTANTLY GOING DEEPER. sO HOW DO I GET THE FLOODING TO GO AWAY AND HOW DO I MAKE THE YELLOW GO AWAY. |

1) Make sure you aren't silent running,
2)fill the damaged, flooding compartment as full as possible with crew, 3)fill the damage control party as full as possible with crew, and assign an officer to it, 4) click on the damaged, flooding compartment up in the damage control area, 5)and pray. If it says everything in the room is normal, it may just take time to pump the compartment dry. Just because you've stopped the flooding and fixed the damage doesn't automatically pump the compartment out. |

Ok the flood time recovery countdown just appeared, thank god...But with the forward bunk room almost completely flooded will that cause the ship to go deeper?

![]() ![]() ![]() Your options are: 1) crank up the electrics, or 2) surface. If you stay submerged and at slow speeds the added weight of the water will drag you down. Enough flooding and even the electrics with full up planes won't keep you from sinking. In that unhappy event your only other option is to surface . . . and if you're out of compressed air and are too deep . . . ![]() |

you will see two little icons in the flooded compartments: one shows you how long until flooding is complete in that section, the other how long until you have pumped out the water; they should give you a good idea whether or not you are winning this particular battle.
Otherwise, break open the beer rations and drink to your impending doom... ![]()

The flooding is over, now how do you carry out a burial at sea?
