There is only one universal GWX download, compatible with english german and french (The is a fix french included). No alternate versions have been released

Comme Boris vient de te le dire, que tu le télécharges où tu veux, tu auras toujours le fichier qui te permettra d'avoir le jeu en français (du moins dans le texte), car il n'existe qu'une seule et même version du jeu.

eng : Like Boris said, there is one and only GWX version, and you can find a french fix on it (an in-game french translation of the text).
