Default Mod idea, wrecks at scapa flow ....

Just had a thought, to make scapa little more authentic and challenging. We already have block ships in place in the east channel in GWX, how about including some of the famous German wrecks from ww1? Would make navigating the harbour a little more tricky while submerged.

:hmm:
First someone needs to build some ww1 BB and Cruisers
Then wreck them
:rotfl:

Not a bad thought though

LOL, they dont need to be very acurate just very basic, and/or made up of bits from existing ships as they wont be seen easily, I will be happy to make the wrecks but im unable to place them on the terrain, I will look in to it at later date as Im bogged down with various aircraft and submarine models right now.

Great idea, and though my submarine skills are not yet foolproof I'd love to help sinking a couple of those ships for you.

I've asked for this before, maybe a year ago. I was told it wasn't possible back then but now with all that's been done, I hope it can be included now. Imagine trying to work your way thru the wrecks to get in for a shot at a WWII vessel.

Around 72 ships, including the German dreadnaughts, were scuttled there instead of turning them over to the British.
