Default Plotting question

Running Vanilla w/ patch..

It never fails, I plot 2 or 3 waypoints, increase the TC & a ship is spotted... I zoom in to check out the range, start to plot my approach & then have to zoom out to erase all my previous waypoints with the eraser.. Is there a shortcut to do this?? I've clicked on 'clear map' but that just erases my compass, ruler & protractor marks...

Also, is there any way to get the compass rose on the vanilla version?? I liked it w/ the GW mod, but had to delete GW since it maxed my video card (512) out and everything was so choppy..

Thanks!!

Shift and click when you erase, and that should erase all of them.

I believe the subsim.com download page should have all the charting tool mods you need.

Tried the shift & click combo, but nothing was erased...

Did find out that by clicking on the '?' next to the plotting tools, gives me the rose I need when plotting intercepts..

Thanks for the help!!

Place your cursor over any waypoint and then press Shift and left click the mouse to delete all waypoits at once.

That ia an answer to the similar question given by TDK1044 in thread called "Clearing Plots? "

Do you select the 'eraser' or 'clear map' icon first?? I'm pretty sure I tried it with the 'eraser', but will try it again when I get home..

Thanks!!
