Default Destroyer Command Source Code - what happened to it?

Anyone know what happened to the Destroyer Command and SH2 source code? It was apparently made available way back in the day.

Would not mind having a look at it..

Not exactly. What happened was that, thanks to subsim's mediation the code owners gave limited access with a NDA to a guy, in order to fix the multiplayer issues. The result was Project Messerwetzer, which indeed fixed those problems and some smaller details, and there was also the 1024x768 mod which I believe was related. But there was never a full public access to the code, as far as I know, only to the guy who signed the NDA.

That's too bad. I was part of the original Messerwetzer project where we fixed the sub resupply, but I was involved long before the source was viewed by anyone in the community.

Shame about that - it was a wonderful game.
