1/48 Revell P47N Thunderbolt
Evening guys, just finished my latest plane, a 1/48 Revell P47N Thunderbolt. This particular model is actually Limited Edition, 1 of 3000 done for Model Zone. I couldn't believe it, it was half price at £7 and I've been wanting to do a P47 for ages so it was too good to miss!
I'm quite pleased with the mud/dust around the wheels

She looks great! Nice pics.
I always ended up building 'razorbacks' because I never liked the way my bare metal finish airplanes turned out. |

I could have started to go full throttle..but I facepalmed myself after noticing one thing..I don't have the right silver paint that is pretty much 60% - 70% of the models colour
this was just before my Time schedule at work changed from 5 days to 6 days a week and that hobby shop is open on the days I work and closed on my only day off, sunday. I already started working on the P47. applied primer on all the parts and painted some big surfaces like the cockpit and some other parts. HunterICX

Get some tinfoil and use it for the surfaces.
