You can always go back and chose to redo the mission. I highly suggest it too; destroying just one hovercraft will have implications for the next FFG escort mission.

You don't necessarily have to 'pass' a mission to proceed to the next one. However (as LoBlo said) failure to do well can have bad consequences later on.

im also having problems with AGM65s, they are just falling short and hitting the water
