XP lives on!
Microsoft has extended the lifespan of XP again, until summer 2010.
Official reason is that they want to support low budget notebooks with not too much memory on board - Vista demands far too high specs to support these. Ein Schelm wer Böses dabei denkt!

I cant see Microsoft stopping making of XP anytime soon. IIRC, they werent that happy with Vista themselves, so.

I think Vista is dead to Microsoft. They're extending XP to cover themselves before releasing their new OS in 2010.
