Modding tools reccomendations
I'm working on a mod for Dangerous Waters off and on. I use Decompress, and CompUtil for extracting graphics and sound and SCSoundedit for working with the sound files.
I see there are two database editors out there. DWEdit and JSteed's Database Editor. Which of those two are the easiest to use and the most full featured ? Just curious. I've been noodling around with DWEdit a little while. Are there any other utilities out there that you reccomend as well that I havn't listed ?
