US NAVY OFFICER HAT MOD FOR SH4

After much reading, asking, trying, swearing and learning
I finally finished the 1.0v of the
US NAVY OFFICER HAT MOD.

Without DivingDuck I would NEVER! have come this far
so fast. Also KUDOS to privateer and all hes TUT's

It required learning 3DS MAX and "some" Hexing.
Something I never really have done before.

This version will most likely be followed up with another "proper" (this is purely
a technical issue as it can be done cleaner in terms of the mapping and modelling)

Replaces all the "12" officer hat models in the game with more Historical correct looking ones.

Stock HAT (not a beauty is she)

Added a small graphic feature...textured uniforms. It was pretty fast to do so I could not resit.

It adds a slight layer of fabric texture on all uniform tops(did not do the pants, might do later)

As i am lazy, I simply included this with the "US NAVY HAT" and the "LOWER OFFICERS RANK INSIGNA" If you don't want one or the other, simply remove the texture files from the
US NAVY HAT, UNIFORM TEXT, RANKS INSIGNIA\Data\Textures\TNormal\tex
accordingly.

Added sweat patches to all shirts, added one tattoo (I think its enough)

Added "Dolphin Pin" to ONE shirt (Lieutenant)

Also added, WWII Belt Buckle to ALL pants, Officers and Enlisted men.

I found ONE officer shirt with an anomaly. I would suggest to delete the COMPLETE UPCD FOLDER! from the mod. It will still work with the rank insignia but it will be more random, some have some does not.
I will check up on this later

(btw, the 1st pic "Ever wanted to..." have a white hat and the screenie is somewhat brown/grey... Any chance to make it white? Probably as an extra version of this nice mod?)

Sure, but I think the white hats was used for...what do you call that, like shore leave, same with the white uniforms, more like parade stuff. But to change the color should not be so tricky...but another day...work in the morn

As much as I like the improvements with this hat, I feel it could look better than in it's current iteration. It needs to be more crumpled around the crown and be rid of it looking like the sailor has pulled it down tight over the top of his head. Just my opinion, of course. :hmm:
