I'm sorry but I haven't I can only presume your personal settings on the forum are incorrect because as far as I'm aware I've never known anyone else have the same issue

Ok! Do you have any suggestions on what settings should be made?,so I guess at ya using the same OS... maybe ya can upload a image to show me...

I've looked at edit options but nothing sticks out...why not PM Neal and ask him if he has any idea why the quote and multi-quote tags aren't viewable.

If he has a solution that would be very handy information for others in the future who may encounter a similar option

What I hope isn't happening is that your OS settings aren't blocking them because that could end up like looking for a needle in a haystack.
