And now for something completely different: a 7 day bad luck streak finaly reached it's top today. Last monday it was a disaster, tuesday was a shere calamity and on wednesday it just went downhill. And today it hit somewhere between rock-bottom and and a hard place. At least nobody died.... yet

It's rather simple. What we saw in Frau's post was a perfect example of a woman's logic with it's complex association as well as the inherent trait of automatically labeling you as an idiot if you don't get it.

Whereas the proper male logic pattern would have been:

except I didn't do this part. I knew when I posted it that the chances of anyone else picking up on the similarity of the preceding post to the old SNL Franco bit and then "hearing" a Subsim version of Chico Escuela in my post were essentially nil, other than maybe Mothballs might pick up on it if in fact he had the Franco bit in mind when he posted AND knew where it came from AND remembered other running gags from Weekend Update before it sucked.

In short it was posted primarily for my own amusement and therefore had to be explained, even to Sailor Steve, and therefore was not nearly as funny or as obvious even to an American Of A Certain Age as I thought it might be.
