This one's looking better and better. I'm with Mr. Nichols on this one - even though there would be crewman without them on board, since we only see a few of the crew anyway I'd just as soon see them on all the 3D crew, officers and men - I'd still like to see them be awardable in the crew management process like the badges were in SH3, but since there's no apparent correlation betwen the 3D crew and the actual 2D crewmembers, might as well stick them on all the shirts, seems to me.
