This is compatible to enviroment mod 4.2?

hello steel viking .... thanks for your mod .... I'm a fan of your mods ...
I only have a few small problems with the labels of the electrical panels and the lighting of the armatures and interior.
is it possible to provide the panel with light as in the film "das boot" experience is very good?
if I have a custom mission loaded, the labels of the electrical panels correctly. in the campaign for them, blank and black ....
or red light at night.. the lights are white but red interior .... how can this be fixed?

This MOD is comaptable with W_Clear's Environmental. Enable the Interior MOD after installing the Environmental MOD so you use this MOD's Lights.cfg

Greetings Lupo.

What model of video card do you have?

These colored pixels appear only with the game or also on the Windows desktop?

I have the Asus HD5870 video card and appear sporadically these colored pixels on the desktop and games like SH5 not work.

I suspect that is defective video card, I tried everything such as formatting, checking the memory modules on the motherboard, switch drivers video card, but no solutions.

Talk to Asus support and they tell me they can be a default video card and that I should return it to RMA.

He's busy with School right now.
He PM's me from time to time to see where we are at
on improveing the Tools needed to advance farther.


Most of the problem is my system.
Until I can upgrade?

Thank you for your information Privateer. It's good to know that it's okay.

I also am having a hard time with my video card, apparently came with a damaged memory module, Asus in RMA, I say they send the card for review and thus whether it is to be replaced.

The unfortunate thing about all this is that I live in Venezuela and the video card to buy it in the U.S., in my country there is no support from Asus, so I have to send my card for a Currier and we know how expensive it is to send articles of a country to another...

Here I am folks. Privateer speaks the truth, I am spending almost all my time doing school work(high level math/science courses are no joke).

But, no worries. I am simply on a break from modding SH5 right now, until I get more free time, and until more tools are released(like Privateer said).

Plus, my Calc based Physics class requires a lot of Python coding. And, guess what type of code Sh5 uses! That's right, Python! I have already looked into the code for SH5(namely the crew animations) and I think I could really improve it once I get the time. I posted about this a while ago, but through scripting, I have gotten all the gunners to have helmets on when manning the guns.

I also have nozaurio's awesomely detailed work on some dials here, and some sound work that Venatore did for the interior that will be in the next version. So, yes, there will be more updates of my current mods, and some totally new mods once I get the time.

@Lupo,

What you are describing is called snowflake screen. It usually happens with a corrupted lights.cfg, or just from mod soup. Technically, my interior mod is still compatible with the latest Env mod, but that does not mean that there will be no mod soup issues.

Are you seeing it when in port? If so, try leaving port and see if it does not go away. I have had snowflake in port before, but I could never lock down what was causing it, as it was not coming from my mod by itself.
