Sound Settings Q

In the sound options, what are the best(please be specific) settings on each dial to achieve the following:

1. Loud, clear voices from the crew as you give commands and they are repeated.
2. Low music sound that does not overpower voices.
3. Medium explosions and environmental sounds.

I am talking about the -4.-8(etc.) that you can set on each circle(General, FX.Music,etc.). Thanks a lot.

Note: The voice response from the crew seems to be MUCH clearer and louder when I generate a scenario from the multiplayer/create a mission than in the single missions or campaigns-Whats up with that ?
