Love this mod. I even got it to work with the mod enabler too first try. My problem is I like to see the status of my Uboat on one glance: heading, speed, depth. This doesn't allow for this.
It's a great mod though. I might try to "adjust" my routines to use it.

This may have been posted before but how do I make the mod bar and crew icons stay up?
The mod is great but I like seeing my compression rate without having to keep my cursor near the bottom.

Found a fix to make the bar stay up.... edit this in your menu_1024_768.ini file (the one you edited to add the mod)
[G3F I348] Name=Group feedback; FLB Sale`s 6 Anzeigen, Konsole & Uhrfeld Type=1026;Menu group ItemID=0x3F010000 ParentID=0x3F000000 Pos=0,145,733,145 Color=0xFFFFFFFF ;VertSlide=-144 see the ; before "Vertslide" at the bottom? add that. This only keeps the bottom bar with TC + time up. I haven't bothered looking for the crew icons but i may.

Hmm, anyone have any idea what's causing this....
![]() I checked my mainorders.tga etc and they're fine so it has to be some positioning or something.

I'm not sure what could be causeing that, but to me it looks like the buttons are to big so its only showing a part of them. In my game, when I click on my sonar guy and have him do a sweep, the button for that is right above the text not to the side. Maybe you did something wrong in the 1024x768 file? That would be my guess, unless you have another mod thats conflicting with the menu or something...

I'll check the crop commands thanks.
I probably bumped something, I was messing around in 1024x768 file to get some bars to stay up.

I finally finished a long patrol and installed the mod last night. At first I had a leftover version of the original dials, but on the LEFT side! After going back over it I finally figured it out-I had not installed the very last piece. Doing that cured it.
My opinion: let's see, great big dials that make it easy to get precise depth and compass settings, nothing on the screen at all except when I want to look at it, so no more 'Num Lock/Del' to take screenshots. How could it get any better? Is it an absolute essential mod to play the game? No. Is it a 'must-have'? No. Is it so cool I'll never play without it again? YOU DANG BETCHA IT IS!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
