I just put both files in the SH3 install directory and edited the cfg file to set the resolution I wanted to use.

Default How can you tell it works ?

Hi, just read this thread about the res fix for SH3.
I know in running the sim in a window gives the resolution at the top of the window.
How do you know what resolution you're running at in full screen mode ?
This has bugged me for some time, I've installed the fix and edited resX and resY,
however I'm not confident SH3 is running at that res.
