New SHIV Scene for SHIII version update.

Hi, Like all mods after time the various faults begin to show themselves,

with this version the focus has been on the following issues:
1) Uber waves.
2) Lightning without clouds.
3) Sunrise & sunset glare.
Past fixes:
1) Sky Vortex.
2) Moon Reflection.
I have tested for a further 10 hours (approx), and all seems good, I also added 2 reflection versions to suit individual taste, hope these are ok, it's hard to please everyone so hopefully I did it right!

Please note again, that the SHIV Scene.dat file is only workable for 8k environment.
