Hi MultiDoc,

this is not a problem of "SH3_Cmdr". Look into your "Basic.cfg". There you can find the rules for promotion:

[PLAYER_RENOWN]
AcademyBonus=1000
RankLevel0=0; SCORE
RankLevel1=5000; SCORE
RankLevel2=15000; SCORE
RankLevel3=25000; SCORE
RankLevel4=30000; SCORE

The values above are from Stock SH3. You can change these values as you like. But remember: promotion will only work in the career, not in SingleMissions.

Ok, could someone explain to me exactly how the date file in SH3 Commander works?

I am using my JFO! Mod, and it is not loading in the correct orders templates based on the current date.

I started a patrol on 25 Aug 39. The templates that were loaded originally, were from 1 Aug 39, which is correct.

However, my current patrol date is 5 Sep 39. My most recent entry prior to that date is for 4 Sep 39, and it should place a prize rules template in from that date. However, it is not doing that, it is still loading the file from 1 Aug 39.

Is my understanding correct here, or am I misreading how SH3 Commander works? I've read the manual, and the way it is written, it is unclear if this is specifically what happens, but does anyone know for sure? I have searched all through the forums for a specific explanation, but I can't seem to find anything that states it explicitly.

Any advice?
