No Mine Option in GWX

First let me say I got interested in sub sims when SH4 came out, got me reading the forums and since
SH4 has a way to go before it's bug free, I thought I'd give SH3 a try. With the Gray Wolves addon it's light years ahead of SH4. Thanks for all your work, it's much appreciated.

I noticed in the manual there is an option from version 1.01 to select "no mines". I've searched the fourm and the program and can't figure out how to activate this option? I don't want mines in the career mode.
Thanks

Come on, does everybody like their career cut short by a mine? Somebody must know if it is possible?

Or, you could use Longer Repair Times mod - so that when you do hit a mine - you dont get the insta-death screen - you simply flood while slowly sinking to the bottom and yelling at your crew who never work hard enough inside the CRT.

Ok, enough coffee, back to work.

Tis easy to remove the mines from the scr
Go to
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Campaigns\Campa ign
Open
Campaign_SCR.mis in Notepad

Search for
[OrdnanceUnit 1]

Highlight from there all the way down to the end of the last ordanance unit and delete

Always make a back up first and do so while in port
Roolback SH3commander if you use it

You may also have noticed that the Devs of GWX supplied your boat with maps of the minefields and subnets. You can pull them down from the top left when looking at the chart (F5).
