disable reflections?

i have a Dell D620 notebook that runs SH III quite smoothly. the only prob is that the reflections are all messed up, the lookouts have no binocs and there is no fog >.<

now the reflections really slow down the PC, is there a way to disable them?
their all distorted anyways so theres no point to having them, all they do is kill my framerate


i have the latest drivers installed and did all i could.
