but with that setup you can see what speed your boats doing

fubar, if you ever get time - I've always itched for a darker IX skin, especially since I saw this picture...

A non-worn-out version of that would make a great-looking boat I think

Anyway, the current selection of IX skins is getting better by the day!

I merged this skin with Fubar's luxury looking Turm*.tga files. It works well

What about an IXD2 skin? In the pipeline? Or has anyone already produced an excellent one?

EDIT: Fubar, I found your IXD skin file, dated Nov. 18. There was a reported problem with the in-game conning tower showing up (see this thread). Was that resolved?

I've been using it with the IXD2 and haven't had problems so far. I think it was, though you may want to have the corresponding IXB/C skin installed along with it to compliment the tower setup.

You mean there's something in the IXB/C skin mod that fixes the tower error in the IXD mod?

You're referring to the stock game tower texture showing up on fubar's IXD2, right?

I think it's because he didn't initially include the Turm_9c files, which are shared by all IX boats. Should be fine now.

Ther is an error in Turm9c_2_hd.dat. There is used TGA with is only for Turm9c_1_hd.dat. Now i try to correct this but this is not easy.
