Girl racer in Formula One?

F1 plans for a new "sensation": it is considered to get Danica Patrick into the cockpit - and not just for testing, but racing. She is a known and competitive race driver in the American Indycar league (with midfield and some top places, and one win, trend over the past four years pointing upwards), and the fourth woman ever to qualify for the Indy 500 (where she was amongst the leading top but then had to reduce speed when running short on fuel). Don't tell me she can't bite.

And also don't tell me she doesn't look nice! (No, no links from me )

Good or bad? Can she handle it, or not? Is it just an advertising coup to get a female face onto the the posters for F1, or is it a real sports decision?

I personally have nothing against it as long as she really is qualified for formula one, and is not just being used for F1 advertizing (and does not drive as mad as Montoya )
