Crew Management

Could someone PLEASE tell me how do you manage or allow the crew to rest?

I was sailing along and my entire crew fell asleep????

Have you left them at battle stations? They do not sleep when at battle stations. You must have them stand down and start the rotating watches etc. If you don't they all fall asleep or start to die

Crew on battlestations perhaps ?

You know you guys may have a point. I thought I had turned off the battle stations but it very well may have still been on. I will defintely check it out.
