[REL] ROW PE 2.1 Clouds

Hi all,

I saw a discussion on using the old ROW clouds with other mods, so instead of using the old ROW clouds, I have decided to release the clouds and shaders from ROW PE 2.1 we are working on at the moment so you can use them with PE2, TM, EE4, RFB etc.

Does this slow the cloud speed down too?

Hi Wetware, yes the clouds are set to a slow speed when moving to avoid the ghostbuster effect

Great work Kriller!
One question: is the sea water from the second picture from the stock SH4 or from your PE2 mod?
It is really beautiful

and I never saw it while playing the (stock-U-boat add on) game......

Hi Basilio,
Thanks. it's from the PE 2.1 I am working on now, I have modified the colours so they blend better with the new clouds and water reflections.
