Follow Sub camera

I picked up SH5 upon release but the lack of a follow sub camera was really annoying. I tend to play this game in real time while I'm working on my other system during the travel times.

Been a few months now that I basically had the same sitting on ice waiting for patches/mods.

I did some searches through these forums but I still can't find any that fix this camera problem. Is there a solution for this since?

Thanks for the tip but regretfully I can't get any of it working properly.

Quite annoyed with SH5 after all this time still not having the most basic keymappings for visualizing things.

I bought SH5 without thinking twice about it given my enjoyment out of SH3 but I think it's the last time I'll do that.

once you make those changes to the file
press F2 to exit boat....then press shift >
that will lock onto your boat, then F2 to
re-enter your boat....don't give up
once you get the hang of fixing up SH 5
you will be very happy with this sim
i have 61 mods installed....and counting

I edited the files correctly but absolutely nothing happens when pressing Shift >.

Are there multiple commands.cfg files?

Mine is under the qwerty dir.

No, that doesn't sound right.

Look in your main SH5 directory (the one where the SH5 exe is)

Data/Cfg/Commands.cfg

That's the one
IIRC, I'm not installed at the moment.
