Can't speak for your country, but Germans see drones very critical and I had many debates about them, trying to educate people that drones, technically, are awesome - the doctrine the US applies is just "questionable" to say the very least. Personally, I criticized what America does with drones heavily, also here at subsim.
But then again, I'm not "the left".

Of course, for people who live or see politics as if it is a superbowl match where it's "us against them", facts matter less and generalizations that make the wildest claims are not only so very convenient, they are also giving this nice feeling of unity, don't they?

Nothing of this will fix any countries problems, though.

Or more of a case of the administration attempting to sell the American public on an executive order by creating a non-existent terrorist attack and railing against the lugenpresse for not covering it. You know, alternative facts and all that.
