Client/attorney information is protected if no crime has been committed ...

Communications between lawyers and their clients are normally off limits to prosecutors but there are exceptions, including when the materials are considered part of an ongoing crime.

Whether you are a Democrat who can’t stand Trump, a Hillary Clinton supporter who feels robbed by Comey, or a Trump supporter, any use of wiretapping and vast prosecutorial machinery against our political campaigns and sitting presidents always has to be viewed skeptically and should meet the highest standards of conduct and impartiality. The post-election actions of these former officials makes suspect their actions as officials.

It was, after all, Comey who went to the president during the transition seeking a one-on-one meeting to tell him about the inflammatory dossier, but who critically omitted telling the president that the dossier was a product of the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. These facts, he knew, if revealed at that moment in January, would have ended further inquiry. This was no effort to inform the president and douse the fires of unverified and salacious information, but one to inflame the president and spread the stories everywhere.

I think this is bigger than it looks ... for one taping phone conversations without consent is considered a crime in the state of New York. Therefore if a crime has been committed then the tapes are off limits to stop data from being reviewed.

The only thing I'm worried about is, are we going to have enough body bags for liberals when they mass commit suicide when not only does nothing come of this "investigation", but when Trump gets elected again in 2020.

The idea that the Left actually thinks we care about Sloppy Daniels, is hilarious. So Trump bonked him a porn star in 2006. Last I checked, he wasn't President then, so I don't care. On the other hand, they seem to be ignoring the fact that Clinton did sleep around while he was President and lied about it. Though I don't really blame him, I see what he is married to. I just would have rather him not lied about it.

I'd also rather Trump not use Twitter. But hey, since the media isn't going to do their jobs, Twitter allows him to completely bypass those idiots, and speak directly to his voters. Plus it royally pisses of the Left who views Social Engineering sites as their little safe space. Though, it does bring great joy to my soul knowing that 300 years from now young Americans will be studying history, and it will cover Trump's tweets as he was President. Not only that, they will go in the Presidential Archive! Where they will live forever. I love that more than the air I breath.

The left has lost it's mind so much, that they have begun to eat themselves. "When the chips are down, these "civilized" people, will eat each other." The Joker could not have more perfectly described the left with that line from "The Dark Knight".

So I figured I'd take the time to write out a few helpful tips for those sad Democrats that might read this thread.

How to win an election in the United States of America: 101

1: Considering the US is a majority white country, maybe don't blame white people for every single little thing you can think of.

2: Maybe don't suggest white people are all racist.

3: Maybe don't suggest that white people have built the country so that only white people can succeed.

4: Maybe don't suggest the problems in the United States are because there are too many white people, and we need fewer of them.

5: To boil down the first four points to one simple one: Don't piss off the white people. There is alot of them, and they will group together and kick your teeth in and smile while they do it.

6: Don't be racist.

7: Understand we are a Republic and not a Democracy, and educate yourselves on the differences.

8: We have an Electoral College System to prevent mob rule. Educate yourself on why mob rule is bad, and question why you would ever want to get rid of it unless you intend to suppress the rights of the minority through the power of the majority, which will always happen in mob rule.

9: Once you answer that question, get rid of whatever idea it was that was causing you to want to get rid of the Electoral College. Cause it makes you look really stupid wanting to get rid of it.

10: Maybe actually Campaign during the election. Especially in the swing states.

11: Don't run a campaign based on the fact that you have a vagina, and therefore it is now your turn to lead, because vagina.

12: Don't be sexist.

13: Don't select a candidate that half of your own party hates more than the other party hates them.

14: Don't rig your internal Candidate selection process to screw over someone, just because they don't have a vagina.

15: Don't rig the election process.

16: Don't get caught rigging the election process.

17: Don't rig your internal Candidate selection process to select a Candidate that is being investigated by the FBI for possibly giving up state secrets because they don't understand how email works.

18: Don't rig your internal Candidate selection process to select a Candidate whose "Charity" foundation baring their name, is being investigated by the FBI.

19: Don't tell yourself said Candidate has a 95% chance of winning.

20: Don't be Communist.

21: Don't be Socialist.

22: Don't advocate for policies from the two previous mentioned ideologies.

23: Don't get arsehole celebrates to speak on your Candidate's behalf.

24: Don't pick a Candidate who continually gets caught saying one thing to one group of people, and the opposite to another.

25: Maybe don't act like the country you are running for office in, is the worst place ever.

26: Maybe don't advocate so hard for immigration that it appears as if you are trying to replace the majority population with one that tends to vote more for you, than your opponent.

27: Understand that unfettered immigration hurts the poor people you allegedly care about.

28: Educate yourselves on economics, and why small businesses can't afford to pay a 17 year old burger flipper $15 an hour.

29: Educate yourselves on what a human right is.

30: Educate yourselves as to why human rights aren't granted by the Government.

31: Educate yourselves as to why doing so would allow said Government to take away those rights.

32: Understand that Health Care is not a human right.

33: Understand that Health Care is never going to be free.

34: Understand that Education is not a human right.

35: Understand that Education is never going to be free.

36: Stop pretending that having the Government pay for things makes it somehow free.

37: Stop promising stupid people free crap to get them to vote for you.

38: Stop being pretentious arseholes who have for my entire life insulted me, and my way of living, only now to hide behind "hate speech" laws when I tell you to go fornicate with yourselves.

39: Stop advocating for Orwellian Censorship laws that only seem to affect the people you don't agree with.

40: Understand what the Freedom of Speech is.

41: Understand that hate speech does not exist.

42: Understand that even if it did, it would fall under the protection of the Freedom of Speech anyways, so it's ok.

43: Understand that your feelings don't matter.

47: Stop turning our education system, into an indoctrination system that only seems to expose the future generations to your point of view.

50: Don't support violent protestors who destroy public and private property.

Many people have been surprised this week to see two tweets from President Trump citing his high approval ratings in a recent opinion poll. It’s surprising because everyone who is paying attention knows that Trump’s approval ratings are the lowest in history for a president at this stage of his presidency. (George W. Bush’s ratings went much lower, but it took him years to accomplish that.)

We decided to take a closer look at the numbers in various opinion polls to try to understand what’s really going on.

We concluded that two things are going on:

In his most recent tweet, Trump is lying about his approval rating, and
All of his tweets about approval ratings are very misleading, and thus, inaccurate.
On the second point, his tweets are misleading because they cite Rasmussen Reports, which is only one of the many polls that track approval ratings. And Rasmussen uses a unique methodology that assures a very conservative bias.

What Rasmussen does is use computers to call telephone landlines to get its poll results. So the respondents to its polls are ONLY people who are at home to answer their landlines, who of course are older and more conservative. It’s as if Trump’s approval was being polled only among people who watch Fox News.
