*bumpity-bump*... just because I liked this duel of the titans...

By the way, the duel turned out just about the same as the Denmark Strait..

Cordialement, Duke of Earl

NOONE EXPECTS THE SPANIS... i mean... CATAFARK!

Funniest thing ive seen in a long time. You gotta make a video of this, with narration and all.

Lol!

First, how fast can the crew reload? :rotfl: I think it would depend on this.

Initially I would have bet on a draw, but I now believe the recoil potential to be great enough to capsize the boats in question.... and then right them back to the surface.

Beery my friend... what are your thoughts?
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Cheers all! Great laugh!

Default THE BATTLE OF NEW YORK - place your bets now!!!

It's a shame that the era of the Big Gun Ships has definitly passed.
Those impressive turrets... those gracious lines... those symbols of naval power...

I am not sure why this thread is back up

I think visually you can stick a big gun on a sub, but it won't work. Better to change your 88mm power...

Mmmm...someone should work on a mod to change the power of an 88mm, to a single 15" gun, pretty sweet.

It's been a while since I last saw this thread, but it still gives me a laugh:rotfl:

I just want a mod to mount the 15" twin turret on my sub, then I can truly have fun when I enter Scapa Flow.

The escorts won't know what hit them!!

Not if it's guarded by Catafark!

Must apologise for necroing this thread but could someone tell me how all this was done? what tools were used to test this?
i fancy sticking a smaller twin turret on a type X and i think it might work if i find the right turret.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks
pete
