No, in the MODS folder of RPM Hydrophon for Magui V3.02, pickup the one you want for your language, and activate after

After the activation of this mod the folders apear in your mods folder to choose the language you prefer for the merchant chart and activate it

Ahh...when you extract directly in your SH5 MODS folder!
But i never extract directly...always on desktop first, and then after checking all files, i cut/past in my SH5 MODS folder

At first.. have you enabled .NET Fr-work 3.5? this version included in the Win7 and must be enabled..

I enabled .NET framework 3.5.1, but nothing changed. SH5Schiffe.exe still crashes.
With installed .NET framework 4.5 I got same results.
I've disabled UAC, but I can't imagine, that activating it again would make any difference
