God, this is weird
Maybe you can run your msconfig (in windows start menu type msconfig) and in tool tab, then event observer line, see what's wrong when you last ran the SH5Shiffe.exe...it should tell you the exact faulting process when it crashed


Otherwise, i don't see other than redownload mod, and extract only with 7Zip...
