No stutters here, could very well do with what graphics card and on board memory it has.

When is the update due.... eager myself to grab it ASAP...

The only slight stutter I have noticed is when the lifeboats appear, but this is minor. Generally I think this mod is top notch stuff .

Well done! and as they say in the radio messages.... Keep up the good work!
Yes, it gives a new dimension to the game.

in my last patrol, i sunk a destroyer , and while i was next to the lifeboats taking screenshots , a plane come to a scene, i had to crash dive and the rockets missed the lifeboats only for a few yards .

Hi,

this mod is really impressive. Thanks to all involved

I wonder whether you have plans to include wodden life rafts. I once read that using them was quite common because one could simply put them on the deck of the ship and when the ship sunk they just floated on the sea. Thus, they were available rather quickly (Probaly it would be the most realistic to put them in the debris because then they appear only after the ship has sunk). Unfortunately, my moddeling skills are too small to provide a nice model for a wodden raft

Cheers, LGN1

I have a question...

Quote:
Neutral buoyancy and increased draught:I made and tested the mod using these modifications. The new LB spawn's before ship sink mechanics uses the height from the sea level, so the ships draught is specially important for the mod works correctly; anyhow it will works even without this feature. Also note that THESE FEATURES CAN MODIFY GREATLY THE SHIPs SAILING BEHAVIOUR ON GWX2.1. BUT THIS IS EXACTLY THE INTENTION! (the ships will have a "more heavy" feeling now). It´s an optional feature (see it on the optional folder) so, if don´t like it, don´t install it.
So the mod will work without the optional neutral buoyancy bit, but not "correctly". What does that mean? What will be different about the lifeboats if I don't enable the buoyancy mod?

Thanks

They just tend to spawn a bit weird at times.
Personally?
I don't use the optional part and am quite happy with current results.
I also know that any adjustments to the NTRW totally
screws it up!
I spent alot of time getting it to represent a ship of it's size movements
correct.
To just change it's features cause you can?
I do not agree.

Thanks! But weird like how? Too high/low in the water, I'm guessing??

The optional mod lowers the ships a tad.
So without it, it seems the objects spawn a tad latter.
Which makes it appear to me that alot of time
is wasted abandoning ship.

I guess that's the best I can put it.
I tried the optional mod and the objects appear a bit sooner.
I like that.
But I just don't like the ships lowered into the water.

With the optional mos I found that some ships leave a trail of debris and life boats
behind them when they are not sinking.

Its like the crew are throwing Bernards overboard.

I even found a convoy by following a debris trail it left behind from a destroyer that
was a little low in the water.
