German Light Cruiser Karlsruhe

Hi mates,

More than one year ago Commander1980 released his 'GermanCL Karlsruhe' based on Sergbuto's 'Southampton'.
I like this ship but I always missed the plane on the catapult. So I tried many times to insert the 'Arado' but always without success. At last I've got the final inspiration and managed to install that plane on the 'Karlsruhe'. This is an update of my previous release v2.0 because I forgot to consider the users of Serg's 'SouthamptonMod' which I for myself never used. I've renamed all files, also the .tga files embedded in the 'NCL_Karlsruhe.dat', so now it's possible to use separate skins for the 'Karlsruhe'. For compatibility I've also changed the test mission files which were originally created by Commander1980 for his original release.

This mod is determined as a bridging until Sergbuto will release his announced 'Kriegsmarine Mod' which will likely include a new 'Karlsruhe'.
