new uniform mod

I am having a hard time loading the uniform mod. Can some one please explain to me how to load it (other than the read me file). The files are extracting but..........

There are many uniform mods, it will help to give the name of the mod & who's it is.

The best way to load any mod is to use the JSGME mod installer. Most all mods can be loaded with it. I know all the uniform mods are JSGME compatable.
