Default Problems with SH III..

After installing SH III and patching it up to v1.4 I added the Grey Wolves Mod and the SH3 Commander to the game.. But now in Attack-periscope mode the figure of the gyroangle on the left isn't showing me the same number as the angle I got through the periscope (at 0 degrees it's correct, but as I move the periscope to the right or left there's a big difference between the two figures..).
The second thing is that with the Type IX u-boat I can't fire multiplefire with the Flak or the main gun, just single-fire..
And in the end: How can I get the shells into the main gun in all other u-boat types? For example: When starting a career it seems that I've got enough 88mm-shells on board of my type VII but they aren't loaded into the gun.. The AA is working without problems..

I de- and reinstalled the game a several times now. I must admit that I didn't have the JSGME mod enabler before my first installation of the TGW mod and so I deinstalled the entire game with the mod still on it..
I even searched for all left files after complte deinstallation and deleted them before reinstalling the game but the above problems still remained..

Thanks for help. (in english or even better in german)

btw amazing game..
