I really don't like annoying people about my techy problems, but I'm getting a little frustrated. I have been using NYGM 2.0 and SH3 Commander 2.6 and until recently have had no problems playing the campaigns.
Yesterday it all started: All of a sudden while out on patrol my uboat crew surrenders after sinking an enemy merchant ship, thus I have to abandon my campaign. I try repalying the saves made before the initial surrender but my crew keeps surrendering!!! (it's 1940). I get frustrated so I decided to start a new campaign...and now I can't even play the game! I able to select crew, uboat...etc before the patrol starts and I then load the mission. As it loads it ALWAYS stops half way in the load bar...everytime, no matter what year or flotilla I choose. I want to play! Any suggestions, fixes, similar problems you've had? Thanks. I've had some loading hangs happen in the past, but it was nothing a little restart couldn't fix. cheers ![]() |

Yea I've had this problem a bit and also with TGW mod. What you should try:
-Make sure you have the compatibility fix for SH3 cmdr 2.6 with NYGM -Rollback SH3cmdr and try again -Unisnstall the mod and reinstall it (if you're not using JSGME just reinstall SH3 and put the mod in again). Hope this helps!

Thanks for the advice, but I tried every combination of comptability fix and install/uninstall patterns...and cmdr 2.6 would not work with NYGM. I have just settled for NYGM and no commander. It's still good though!
thanks any how. |
