It's not the first time he is accused of things like that. His bad reputation outside America and the polarizing inside America comes from this, amongst other factors.

He say in an interview also have beattles songs in his personnal iPod but Beattles songs are not available for legal donwload so he must have convert them into mp3 then donwload in his iPod but tthe RIAA didn't do anything against him
