Default Torp room out of gas?

OK. I am a newbie and had some problems with my crew loosing their voices. I took veteran advice and uninstalled everything and reinstalled SHIII, patch 1.4, and TGW's 1.1. I started a new career in the 1st flotilla, 1939, Type IIB boat. I found a target on my first patrol, sunk it, but my crew couldn't reload my reserve torps. Just flailed around at about 30% efficiency with both tubes' status reading "Torpedo waiting in queue". I beamed back to base, replaced an officer with a torpedo qualification, assigned a warrant officer with another torpedo qualification, and went back out to sea. Guess what? I found a medium merchant, hit it with torps 3 times, didn't sink it after 3 hours of watching it list (game is saved at that point), and my crew still can't reload! One officer w/ torpedo qualification, two warrant officers with the same, 7 other warrants and two sailors and I still get "Torpedo loading waiting in queue" for all three tubes hours later. What am I doing wrong? Is it time to attach the plank?

The crew won't reload any tubes if you are on "Silent Running"!!! (Makes a bit too much noise, I guess)
Cheers

No, there's a problem that cropped up some time ago, only with the type II. It has something to do with the compartment and fatigue, but I don't remember what it was . Somebody out there knows the fix, and it should be brought around soon.

I'm looking.

No, you're fine. I only found it because I knew it was there and knew roughly what to look for.

Hope it works for you.

Quite an annoying bug, that, has to be pretty embarrassing for the poor GW team. At least the rest of the mod is awesome.
