Help with U-Boat War Ace please....

I am playing Uboat War Ace campaign files yet now, and i have a problem.

Some times i experienced some CTD, it happens at port, at mission start up, and when under air attack.

When the enemy planes appears in sight, CTD... i play the mission many times and always the same.

It happens with Liberator bombers....

Finally i can let port being at my Conning tower, i note the CTD only occurs when i was at the map....

May be it is related to a plane icon error or some other texture at map ?

Do anybody experienced the same ?

Any help is welcome....
