(I don't think it'll get anywhere and I personnaly think death is too good for some of them)

Edit : People need to be educated in the finer points of MOB situations. Such as "Once you go over the railling, start praying, cause you're probably going to die no matter what." There's also something about not following strangers that my mother taught me long ago, but...

It looks like some people have discovered the value of float-testing. I seem to remember an incident in 1973 when a particularly obnoxious ensign aboard the USS White Plains was summarily float tested one dark, moonless night off San Diego for some supposedly dear offences. His literal saving grace was the Soviet AGI intelligence trawler trailing the White Plains. They spotted him in the water and picked him up, returning him to the warm embraces of his crew. If I remember correctly, none of the crew were ever charged with anything and the much-chastened ensign became a much more understanding fellow.
