Promotions?

OK, I was promoted Kaiptan Leutnant at 15k renown but I've already now hit over 25k and I'm still a Kaleun...

What gives?

Also, is Korvettenkapitan the final rank or can you rise even higher?

Whilst KorvettenkapitÃ¤n is catered for in both the _menu.txt and Basic.cfg files, from all the Personnel Files that I have viewed I am not aware of anyone actually being promoted to that level from within the game.

I do know that no higher ranks are modelled or achievable.

NOTE: these comments ignore mods that dubiously "bump" up the rank labels.
