SH3 wont start! (Resolved)

Ok, so i make a custom mission, then I go to SH3Cmdr to load SH3 up... buuut the game does not start up... I then click on the shortcut and it also refuses to start. I go to run then type in sh3.exe and it says it cannot find the file.

HELP! please
