bad weather raining report in GW.. is normal??

hi again

i have another question with my experience GW (i now, i now.. im learning english

)..

somethin in the weather reports is not working.. i explain::
my oficial tell me that there is a lot of clouds (its correct), there is a lot of wind (15 and its also correct), tell me about heavy fog (its correct) BUT !!

tell me its NOT raining, and believe me, its raining ****ing much, its raining a lot..

do you know what could be ?? and do you know whats files are for this and where?? maybe some cfg???

and do you thing thats important?? i mean, maybe just a visual problem.. or.. its a serious problem? cause its raining a lot, but my oficial think its not.. so, when i use a T2 (for example), there is any kind of error to try the solution of the target (for example, cause atmosferics effects??))... i dont know if i have explain that part correctly

your English and writing skills are very good and a hell of a lot better that my Spanish.
I have has the same problem with GW and the weather reports.

It a stock Sh3 bug. Happened alot in my Vanilla times.

there must be something we could do!!

by the way, do you know the files 'touched' by weather reports???
or its something code internal????
