Default Good diet's

Just started my wieght training cycling and boxing and swimming again and found how unfit i am since mid 2005 i havnt exercised due to illness.

Now ive just finnished a 20 min round of punch bag training, only after it i could have collapsed and died i was that shatterd, a few years back i could have gone for an hour or so (not intence but light training).

Since having to stop all my exercises ive lost wieght and also started eating alot of crappy foods, and when the doc put me on these tablets i gained the wieght back (reaching just over 15 stone at one stage) but after he took me off them tablets i lost the will to eat much and so lost it again. (im back to around 10 stone )

My idea wieght would be around 13 to 14 stone gained through a good diet and training i still have to build my routine up but its the diet.

in a few years time i would like to add to my wieght hopefully getting to 18 or 19 stone so i could be a decent heavy wieght (and also able to combat my dad )

At the moment im only 5ft 11in around 10 stone (compaired to my dad of 5ft 10in and 19 stone 6lbs).

Why do i want to be so heavy, well simply because id like to fight into the heavy wieghts if i can so it will take a long time to get going but hopefully id get there.

Ive searched google for some diets and things but i would like to know what diets you lot eat if you do same as me.

A quick translation for my fellow Americans....

1 stone = 14 pounds = 6.350 293 18 kg

Actually I've been on a diet myself since being diagnosed with mild diabetes back in January. Gone from 172 lbs back down to 156 by basically cutting out all soft drinks, milk, and those tempting chocolates that people at work keep buying at the wholesale store and offering up. Also exercising half an hour a day on a stationary bike.

I'd rather deal with exercise than insulin anyday.
