Just a question...i can't see crew fly away after an explosion on a DD or Cargo ... it's normal? there is a mod for that?

Yes, itÂ´s normal that you hardly see any crewmen flying from a struck ship. ThereÂ´s a mod that makes them fly more often/all the time. I cant remember the modÂ´s name, but IÂ´m pretty sure that it was one of the Hollywood mods.
