How do you record movies in SH3?

So I've seen a couple of movies posted here lately, and was wondering how they get the movie footage of SH3 external view and internal "free movement" view. All I can figure out is how to take screenshots.

ThereÂ´s programs for it. Like FRAPS.

The 2nd way is to hit CTRL+F11, so the game takes screenshots as longs as you want. Then you just put shots together in some animation software or such.
