DC Janus error

Noob here...I have searched this and don't seem to find the answer can someone please help.

I get this error before any mission that I try to run, as well as campaigns. I can't do anything right now. Suggestions??

I did a few complete uninstall/re-installs before I finally got it to work. I ran the setup in compatability mode for windows 98 and it works great.
