Default Dangerous Waters in the UK?

A friend in the UK would like to get Dangerous Waters and doesn't know where to look for it. Ideas?

I live in the uk and the same problem but unfortunatly... Dangerous Waters will only be released in england on april the 15th thats 2 months from now

I ordered the game and the printed manual from Strategy First. It arrived in just a few days. No problems at all.
