Harbour layout icon, where is it?

Sorry this has been posted before but I cant find the thread in question.

For some strange reason I dont see the harbour layout which I used to have way back. It must be a mod I have installed. I would like it to show me the layout of the harbour for navagation purposes. My game is patched up to v1.4b
