Torpedo's don't reload

Been trolling the english channel and I noticed that my fish aren't reloading. I looked it up, and someone said that there was a fix for the Hollywood mod, but that was pasted in the middle of 2005. I'm currently using Rub 1.45 and current Hollywood, HT, and a few others.

My crew isn't fatigued, they've got a torp. office with full green bar. It just keeps saying "waiting in queue"

Any helpwoud be appreciated, as I'm down to 1 green tube. hehe
